Hyatt House White Plains

The room was a great size and TV's were big and easy to see. The bathrooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. We had a room with a kitchen and took advantage of the microwave, frig, dishes and ice maker. Temperature control in the room was great. Security was good - hotel seemed safe and all entrances needed a scan key card to enter. Small food area for purchase seemed well stocked. Pool was nice and exercise room was good.

The King Studio Room was plenty of space and felt like an apartment rather than a hotel room. Everything was clean and organized and I enjoyed using the fitness center and hotel bar / breakfast area.

I visit this facility at least once a month and the experience is always good. This time it was remarkable. The room was spotless, food was great, and the staff was wonderful. A special thank you to Roland at the front desk. He is always so kind and welcoming when you arrive or depart. It really matters when you are travelling from far away places to be greeted by someone like him.

Clean, spacious and helpful staff. The morning breakfast was filling. Staff was helpful to answer questions about allergies. I’m glad the windows in our room opened.

Lots of outside options in good weather. Accessible to our planned activities.
